This site is operated by Checkmate Peptides, registered at [Registered address to be confirmed]. “We” and “us” mean that entity; “you” means the person using the site or placing an order.

Everything sold on this site is supplied strictly for laboratory research use. It is not a medicine and not a dietary supplement. It has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. It is not supplied for human or veterinary consumption, for diagnosis, for treatment, for the prevention or cure of any condition, or for any in-vivo use whatsoever.

By ordering, you confirm that you are acquiring these materials for legitimate research purposes, that you are qualified to handle them safely, and that you will not administer them to yourself, to another person, or to an animal.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Our research library is a bibliographic resource: it reports what published literature exists, it does not recommend a compound, a dose, or a use.

You must be of legal age to enter a contract where you live, and you must be permitted to receive these materials under the law that applies to you. Import, possession and use rules differ by country and by state, and it is your responsibility to know the ones that apply to you before you order. Minimum age to be confirmed.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it. We may suspend or close an account we reasonably believe is being used in breach of these terms.

An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we accept it, which is when we dispatch the goods — not when payment is taken. If we cannot fulfil an order we will refund it in full.

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay, together with shipping. We take reasonable care with pricing, but if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may decline the order and refund you rather than honour it.

Stock is reserved when you place your order. Where an item is unavailable we say so on the product page rather than accepting the order and cancelling it later.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number — it is entered on Stripe's systems, not ours. See our Privacy Policy for what we do hold.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

Where you choose a recurring option, it continues until you cancel it. You can pause or cancel from your account at any time, and a cancellation takes effect from the next billing period. Renewal notice and cancellation terms to be confirmed.

Commission is earned on the value of the goods after any discount, and does not include postage or tax. Referrals must be genuine: self-referral, undisclosed paid promotion, spam, and any claim about our products that goes beyond what this site says are grounds for withholding commission and closing the account. Commission clears 30 days after the order it came from, and a refunded order reverses its commission. Cleared commission pays out on request, to the payout method on your file, once it reaches the published minimum — currently $50. Before any payout we require completed tax details (the substance of IRS Form W-9), and where earnings for a year reach $600 we file Form 1099-NEC. Final payout minimum and payment timing to be confirmed before launch.

Do not attempt to interfere with the site, access accounts or data that are not yours, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or resell our content as your own. Our text, imagery and design remain ours.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Beyond that: because these materials are supplied for research use only, we accept no liability for any consequence of using them in any other way. Limitation of liability wording requires attorney review.

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order is the one that applies to it; the effective date is shown at the top of this page.

These terms are governed by the law of [Governing jurisdiction to be confirmed], and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
