Returns & Refunds

Unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items that have been opened, used, or stored outside their required conditions cannot be returned, because we cannot verify their integrity and will not resell them to someone else.

• Any vial whose seal has been broken.
• Any item that has been reconstituted, decanted, or transferred out of its original container.
• Any item that has been outside its required storage conditions — including a parcel that was delivered and then left unrefrigerated.
• Items returned without contacting us first, which we cannot identify or trace.

This is a safety position rather than a commercial one. A returned vial with an unknown temperature history is not something we are willing to put back into stock.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or short, we will replace or refund it. Contact concierge@checkmatepeptides.com with your order number and a photograph of the packaging and contents as received, ideally before unpacking further. This applies regardless of the 30-day window above.

Email concierge@checkmatepeptides.com with your order number and what you would like to return. Do not send anything back before you have heard from us — unannounced returns cannot be matched to an order.

Who pays return postage, and the return address, to be confirmed.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls how quickly the credit appears, which is typically a few business days after we process it and is outside our control.

Orders paid with cryptocurrency are refunded at the US-dollar amount you paid, not at the current market price of the asset you spent — the discount you received for paying with crypto is part of that amount, so it is never clawed back. Crypto payments have no card-network reversal rails, so these refunds are processed manually and can take longer. The asset crypto refunds are issued in (USDC, the original asset, or bank transfer) to be confirmed.

Where a refund relates to an order that earned a partner commission, that commission is reversed with it.

An order can be cancelled at no cost until it has been dispatched. Once it has left us, the terms above apply.

Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you. Where this policy conflicts with that law, the law applies. This policy needs review against the consumer law of each market you sell into.
