Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United States only. We do not ship internationally. Peptides are temperature-sensitive and crossing a border raises customs, import and stability questions we will not answer by simply accepting the order.

Rates are quoted in your bag before you pay and charged exactly as shown. Delivery estimates are in business days and begin when the order leaves us, not when you place it.

Standard cold-chain

Express cold-chain

$45 · 1–2 business days · Next business day where available

Free shipping is calculated on the value of the goods after any discount, not on the list price.

Lyophilised peptides are dispatched in insulated packaging. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, its handling is in the carrier's control — we cannot guarantee the temperature of a package that is refused, left undelivered, or held at a depot because nobody was available to receive it.

Please make sure someone can take delivery, and refrigerate the contents on arrival in line with the storage guidance supplied with your order.

Orders are prepared for dispatch on business days. We do not currently publish a fixed processing window: processing time to be confirmed.

A tracking number is recorded against your order once a shipment exists, and appears on the order page in your account. If your order has been placed but no tracking is shown yet, the shipment has not been created.

If a parcel is delayed beyond its estimate, arrives damaged, or does not arrive, contact concierge@checkmatepeptides.com with your order number. Claims process and time limits to be confirmed.

Everything we ship is supplied for laboratory research use. It is not a medicine, is not evaluated by the FDA, and is not supplied for human or veterinary consumption. By ordering you confirm you are acquiring these materials for research purposes and that you are qualified to handle them.
