From first purchase to full performance.
No surprise trial conversion. The complimentary preview is fixed, paid membership is a separate choice, and billing stays in your account.

The purchase must be attached to your signed-in account so the welcome preview can open automatically.

Your first paid order starts the clock
Once the first qualifying order is paid, the exact two-day, one-day, and layout-only preview stays open for 48 hours.

Performance opens the working system
Choose monthly or annual billing. Black Label adds custom pathways, deep progress history, and eligible product pricing.

Manage billing from your account
Paid members can update payment details or cancel through the secure billing portal. Your preview does not auto-enroll you.

Does every order restart the complimentary preview?
No. It starts once, from the first qualifying paid order connected to your signed-in Member account.
What happens after 48 hours?
The preview closes and the locked layout stays visible. Performance membership restores the complete working system.
How do paid memberships renew?
Monthly plans bill each month. Annual plans bill once per year and show the annual savings above. Both renew until cancelled through account billing.
Are the community rooms already live?
Not yet. The tier structure reserves access as moderated rooms and scheduled programming roll out. Current training, recovery, nutrition, movement, account, and billing access is labeled separately and enforced now.
